GOOSEBUMPZ http://soundcloud.com/goosebumpz

Based in Melbourne, Goosebumpz has become a driving force within the Australian electronic music scene and as a result, is a regular fixture at many reputable outdoor dance parties, festivals and club gigs nationwide. Capitalising on the bass music movement Down Under, Goosebumpz is renowned for his extremely tight production, attention to detail and psy influenced sound design.

These days, he’s moving air and inciting dance floor mayhem with a free-range exploration of genres, where juicy, psychedelic Dubstep meets staunch, mid-tempo breaks and funky Glitch-Hop. Without being limited to any one particular defining sound or style of production, his music is broad, often infused with organic instrumentation in cohesion with tough, textured bass work and emotive, synthesised melodic counterparts.

Having played at some of Australia’s most acclaimed festivals including Splendour in the Grass, Strawberry Fields and Earth Freq, in addition to supporting some of the biggest names in the business such as Bassnectar, Tipper, Vibesquad and Opiuo, Goosebumpz is a well respected producer within the Australian bass music community and festival circuit.

With releases on Empathy, Hopskotch and Enig’matik Records among other eminent labels, accompanied by an arsenal of fresh, phat, cheeky beats and an energetic approach to his live performances, Goosebumpz has begun to make his mark on the underground electronic music scene in Australia as well internationally.

BLATWAX http://soundcloud.com/blatwax

Blatwax is Blajke Chandler-Eyles, a 21 year old multi-instrumentalist and producer from Brisbane, Australia. Blajke has been producing electronic music for around a year and a half.

With his background firmly rooted in psychedelic blues, Blajke has spent the last 9 years mastering guitar and effects units.
Having spent the last 5 years writing songs and experimenting with feedback and live sound, his path was eventually diverted thanks to Janiel Doyce (Gwylo) when he was introduced formally to electronic music in the form of Psytrance.

After delving deep into the Psytrance scene for four years, Blatwax became an unavoidable path for a person so long obsessed with sound creation...

Drawing influence from books, psychedelic states, governmental dissent, and the lush scenes of tribal communities that have supplied him with infinite love and positivity for so long, Blatwax's sound is designed to sway between massive daytime tripstep and timeless ambient drift.

Focusing on twisted oriental melodies and crunchy, off kilter basslines, Blatwax brings an intelligent slant on Psychedelic
Glitch/Dubstep/Breaks/Trance with politically incorrect humor and spiritually bewildering samples.

HYPNAGOG http://soundcloud.com/hypnagog

Hypnagog is a new experiment of Felix Greenlees' (Terrafractyl, Mental Extensions).
After years of writing Psychedelic dance music and experimenting with plenty of other sonic forms, Felix has recently been listening to a lot more downtempo psychedelic breaks, IDM and the like, and felt it was time to try and combine these styles with his own to try and create some kind of hybrid, beat driven yet melodic sound.

GRIFF http://soundcloud.com/griff

guitarist / bassist / beat maker / DJ / coffee addict, table tennis champ and pinball enthusiast. We dont need to say much else about this guy, only that i can assure you that he one of the most musically gifted producers in Melbourne.
Morphing Live guitar with squelchy basslines, Euphoric melodies and intricate arrangement, fusing Psychedelic rhythms with Trip Hop and Drum & Bass.

MEATAXE http://soundcloud.com/meataxe

Exploring the breaks genre and tearing it apart with a deep glitch penetration, Dan and Tim are gaining a huge flowing both locally and overseas. With recent releases on both Hopscotch and Enigmatik records compilations, as well as rocking some of the hugest gigs across the country including a bangin set at EarthFreq this year, Meat Axe is a new addition to Melbourne that has been welcomed with great delight.. Tim & Dan are currently hard at it in the studio working on there second EP " Bin Kicker " witch is set for Release Early 2012!!!

TRIMAXIS http://soundcloud.com/trimaxis

Trimaxis has been mashing audio on the Yang Mechanical end of audiology for a long time. His latest release on 'Adapted Records' marks the end of this MEATOLOGY series. His alter ego 'Timmy Hendrix' is going to be featured on all future releases (first in the new series due out in a month). Intertwining years of bass guitar into years of audio mechanics the blend is now neck level. 'Trimaxis' feat 'Timmy Hendrix' offers smoked salmon, caviar, desert and fine wine to the mix. This blend of rigid static modern day sequenced music (BORING) with traditional instrumentation and lots of real time audio munching is truly up to date with current times. "NO MORE STATIC MUSIC" says 'Timmy Hendrix' "It's fucking lame" end quote…..
